HAPPY FATHERS DAY :)
What a great day!!! It's Fathers Day (officially over as of 38 minutes ago but who's counting). I was able to spend the day with my number one dad (and my number one mom of course) which made for a grand day in deed. We started our day with a little brunch date at Mabels (best breakfast in town), which turned into something more than I could have ever imagined! Besides devouring some heavenly divine cinnamon swirl french toast among some darn fine company, we ran into a previous "Survivor's" cast reunion taking part in our own little city, at our own little Mabels, which if you recall has the best breakfast in town!!!! YUP before my eyes I saw Rupert! As he came around the corner I slapped my cheeks with both hands and yelped with excitment. Of course after seeing such a display of sincere thrill and joy he had to come over and say hello and shake my hand...YUP Rupert touched me :) I didn't recognize all the others but I guess there were about ten other previous "Survivor" stars in our presence at our own little Mabel's which has the darn best breakfast in town!
SO after all that we did some errands and bought some delish treats and then came home and had ourselves a little Maui slide show to help me better prepare for my upcoming travels. Good times as well. Tonight we then had church where my dear friend Linda came and surprised me with her glorious presence. THEN following church had Dan's lovely family over for Father's Day with some fresh and splendidly spiced grilled salmon in tow. GREAT DAY!!
I am so blessed to have a dad that continues to show me support and love no matter how many times I fall and make a mess of myself. He's not only my father but my friend and for that I'm truly blessed. God has given me more than I deserve with my parents. I love you DAD! I love you MOM!

It's so hard to believe I've been back in Michigan one week already! How time flies when one is having a hoot of a time :) So far I've been working at clearing out my storage unit which has collected dust and lots of june beetles for that matter. I've cleared and gone through most of the boxes and now await some helpful guns to help me move my darn fab purple couch and other furniture. It's been ever so hard getting rid of things I like...I likey everything which is becoming a BIG problem! I have two weeks to figure out what I'm willing to part with and what my parents are willing to store for me until I figure out where my life is heading.

I've been spending lots of time with my beautiful niece and cute nephews. Have been enjoying some pretty intense T-ball games along with playing some catch and watching the Disney channel with some much needed cuddling :) My mom had the day off yesterday which proved to be good times all around. Went to my favorite sandwich cafe and hung out downtown all afternoon in the TC rays. Even enjoyed a little double date with Kori and her mom while watching" The Breakup", cute movie by the way. Devoured a large popcorn (and I don't even like popcorn mind you) and added about 2,000 calories to my lack of motivation diet I've taken up. Good times in deed.

Other than that...just been preparing mentally for Maui and trying to find the best deal on flights. My soon-to-be principal is planning on calling next week which will hopefully allow me the opportunity to ask my mile long list of questions I've been collecting since I've been home.

GOTTA love summer days. :) :) :)

Saipan....THE END
Well my Saipan dayZ are officially over and done! How sad I am finding this finality. Hard to absorb and comprehend that it really is over and that I will never have what I had for the past two years ever again. I'm finding it a bit emotionally overwhelming at times when thinking about the people especially. God blessed me with the kindest, warmest and most accepting people on Saipan and I will always cherish their friendship and support.
I shall never forget the laughs (or snorts from some), the LATE movie that one time, Managaha runs with impressive local boys asking for our pictures, Forbidden island hikes with tattooed tour guides with their high heeled Japanese clients, beach front movies with termites abound, subway Thursdays, 8 howley's in a gold car, THE band...well part of the band, typhoon excitment, the first smells from Payless, JOeten daily runs, PIC smoothies, beach glass pick-up, trips taken...China, Bali, Japan, "peach" VS "brown", Debbie's goofy picture taking skills, CSI drooling, holidays together, peeling bottoms, "off the lights", "plenty" everything, Oleai's has bean tacos??!!!, do ya wanna get a tattoo...uh ok, beach front walks, flame tree dance moves, taste of mariana hut erections, and everythinig else that filled in the cracks. AWE as I've said before good times all around! Thanks to all of you who made my past two years the most grandest of them all :)
LAST SAIPAN NIGHT MEMORIES...

I love you!!
